mail Tweet Share on Facebook Share on LinkedIn Apply Now > Job Description Description  SAIC is seeking an experienced, well-qualified Senior Intel Analyst with Program Management Analyst and/or Systems Engineering experience to support an exciting program in Springfield, VA. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a willingness to learn.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support a government program office by providing tailored communication products focused on specific stakeholder audiences. Prepare briefings and written analysis reports to demonstrate customer contributions to national policy decisions and national intelligence priorities. Assist in the development of strategy and vision documents to advance the customer's mission. Possess the ability to research, coordinate, design, develop, edit and prepare briefings, articles, speeches, talking points, handouts, or other materials that provide internal and external outreach in terms of client roles, responsibilities, and mission objectives. Collaboratively work with the customer's business units to provide internal and external communications that provide clear, accurate, and consistent communication of strategic themes and messages, core competencies, strategic vision and goals, and priorities. Will review classified IC and DoW reporting to determine the impact of customer activities; monitor and research worldwide events; collaborate and coordinate across all customer business lines to communicate value impact to stakeholders. Work alongside other contractor and government Systems Engineers, technical and operational subject matter experts, and intelligence professionals that provide technical, operational and strategic guidance for the organization's senior leaders. Work closely with customer leadership to develop critical narratives for internal and external recipients including ODNI, Congress, and multiple IC partners. Qualifications 
Required Skills/Education:
Bachelors and at least five (5) years of experience in developing strategic communication messaging for internal and external audiences. At least two (2) years of experience working directly with/for senior level personnel (examples: military O-6, General/Flag officer; Intelligence Community and U.S. Government civilian GS-15, Senior Executive Service (SES), Senior Intelligence Service (SIS)). At least two (2) years of liaison experience between major government activities such as Congress, the National Security Council, Intelligence Community agencies and elements, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Department of War, and the Department of the Navy. Experience briefing senior level personnel (examples: military O-6, General/Flag Officer; Intelligence Community and U.S. Government civilian SES/SIS). Must possess excellent customer service skills; excellent organization and communications skills (written and oral).
Required Security Clearance:
Must already hold an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph.
Desired Skills:
Familiarization with Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of War (DoW) strategy and guidance documents; information sources such as JWICS and other IC and DoW distributed networks. Project Management experience. Data management experience. Competency in various Microsoft tools including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel with emphasis on presentation/briefing development. Ability to anticipate customer needs; work effectively in a team environment; and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
