Key Responsibilities Provide services, resources, and referrals to low-income individuals and families experiencing crisis situations Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations and service providers Maintain accurate client records, data entry, and documentation Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and community partners Support outreach efforts that promote awareness of available programs and services Qualifications High School Diploma preferred Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills Excellent attention to detail and data entry abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of, and genuine interest in, serving low-income families and individuals Upper Des Moines Opportunity, Inc. (UDMO) is seeking a self-motivated, energetic Outreach Specialist to join our Palo Alto County Outreach office in Emmetsburg, Iowa. This position plays a vital role in supporting low-income families during times of crisis while strengthening partnerships within the community.
