Job Description We are seeking a motivated and inquisitive Research Intern to support innovation and the continued development of our growing department, while meeting the current needs of our agents. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy diving into data, and are eager to start your commercial real estate (CRE) career, we'd love to hear from you. This role offers ample opportunity to expand your skills and advance your career in CRE. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Data entry Completing data report requests from our agents Build a commercial real estate database for Eastern Idaho General clean-up and maintaining of all data in database General agent/assistant questions and troubleshooting General marketing functions Track listings Trend analysis & statistical reports Contribute to quarterly analysis and interpretation of market trends for Eastern Idaho Lead generation Data exchanges with other brokerages and appraisers May perform other duties as assigned Required Skills, Education and Experience Desire to gain knowledge and grow into an agent Public speaking Problem solving Critical thinking Detail-Oriented Self-starter Contribute to innovation and growth of the department Good people skills and excellent customer service Quick learner Research and/or Real Estate experience (1-2 years) preferred High School diploma or equivalent Microsoft Office experience (1-2 years)
