Job Description

at Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Illinois, United States Job Description Data Collection, Management, and Analysis Collect, validate, and maintain 3C program and provider data, fidelity measures, and complete contract monitoring activities to ensure accuracy and integrity Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess program outcomes, case progression, family and youth well-being, and stability where applicable Generate dashboards and performance reports for internal use and external partners Translate data findings into actionable insights that guide program improvement and decision-making Program Evaluation and CQI Support Collaborate with the CQI Coordinator to design and implement evaluation strategies specific to 3C Monitor fidelity and program performance through ongoing data review and analysis Provide feedback to 3C staff, providers, and partners on outcome trends and improvements Support the development of fidelity measurement tools and evaluation frameworks Partner Engagement and Collaboration Collaborate with 3C providers, coordinators, and other
DCFS/CWCA
staff to ensure timely and accurate data reporting Integrate partner and individuals with lived experience feedback into evaluation and reporting processes Present findings and actively participate in CQI and implementation meetings Training and Capacity Building Support Provide technical assistance to staff and providers on data entry, system use, and interpretation of evaluation results Support efforts to build data literacy and strengthen evaluation capacity across the 3C team Other Duties as Assigned Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope and responsibilities of the position to support the vision, and mission of the DCFS Child Well-Being contract with NIU Complete additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned to meet the priorities of the DCFS Child Well-Being Contract with NIU.
