Learning and Development Internship

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Learning & Development (L&D) team. In this role, you will contribute to various data-driven initiatives, knowledge management, and community-building efforts within our organization. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the people functions of a nonprofit setting. This is a 15-hour per week internship, with the potential for a longer-term engagement. Pulse Check and ERG Member Survey:

Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to these important employee feedback mechanisms.

L&D Knowledge Management System:

Organize and update materials related to the Individual Professional Development (IPD) fund, and support the restructuring of the Employee Resource Hub.

ERG Lead Retreat Planning and Logistics:

Contribute to the planning and execution of this annual event for our Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders.

Data Collection and Analysis:

Gather, synthesize, and interpret data to inform L&D initiatives and decisions.

Community Building:

Support the development and engagement of our employee community, particularly through the ERGs.

Training Preparation and Facilitation:

Assist with the preparation and delivery of L&D training programs, including basic facilitation skills.

Qualifications:
