Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in title or mineral research and excel in a structured, deadline-driven environment. Have a proven track record in title research, courthouse record analysis, and mineral ownership verification Must be local or willing to be in the Gallup, NM area to conduct in-person research at local courthouses. Per Diem is available.
