Description Analysis & Reporting - Remote (U.S. Based) Operation Blessing (OB) is seeking a detail-oriented Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and improvement of outcome and impact-focused monitoring and evaluation systems across international programs in Europe, Eurasia, the Middle East, and Asia. This role provides technical guidance to project teams and leadership in program design, indicator development, data analysis, reporting, and evidence-based decision making. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to OB's Biblical mission to extend a helping hand in Christ's name to meet physical and spiritual needs. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in International Development, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Political Science, Public Health, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of international humanitarian and/or development programs
Experience designing tools and methodologies for data collection, data analysis, data management, and quality assurance
Extensive knowledge of and experience working in cross-cultural environments
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce publication-ready documents and reports
Strong communication, research and analytical skills
Strong facilitation skills, including the design and coordination of effective trainings, workshops, and meetings with diverse participants
Experience in the design and coordination of large-scale studies, including assessments, baselines, evaluations
Experience conducting field research and/or field-based data collection
Demonstrated experience in data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting, including proficiency with statistical software and databases such as Epi Info, Access, STATA, SPSS, SAS, or similar platforms
Experience with GIS mapping and spatial data visualization tools
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as an effective member of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, staff, partners, and the public
Flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities independently
Demonstrated life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with OB's non-profit Christian mission
