Electronic (Using your CalCareer Account) Job Description and Duties Will consider Transportation Planner Under direction of a Senior Transportation Planner, the incumbent provides entry-level functional support for Regional & Community and System & Investment Planning branches, which includes duties relating to Local Development/Intergovernmental Review (LD/IGR), Multimodal Transit/Community Planning, Regional Planning activities, and preparation of tiered Corridor Plansand/or other System & Investment Planning documents. For those who do not have current eligibility (e.g., transfer, permissive reinstatement, or voluntary demotions) and/or who will be new to state civil services employment, you must be on the state examination list to be eligible for these positions.
