What You'll Do:

Develop and implement comprehensive plans and strategies for projects, including land use, transportation, and community development Conduct research and data analysis to inform planning decisions and recommendations Prepare and present reports, proposals, and plans to internal teams, government agencies, and community stakeholders Review and evaluate development proposals for compliance with zoning regulations, land use policies, and environmental standards Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, and external partners to coordinate planning activities Facilitate public consultations and engage with community members to gather input and feedback Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Environmental Studies, or related field Internship or 0-2 years of planning, municipal, or consulting experience Basic knowledge of zoning, land-use planning, and municipal processes Familiarity with GIS and mapping tools preferred Strong writing, organization, and communication skills

Salary Range:

$68,000.00 - $72,000.00
