Job Description Transportation Funding Analyst, Associate/Transportation Funding Analyst Under general direction, the Transportation Funding Analyst, Associate assists in the development, planning, analysis, and administration of multi-modal transportation funding programs that support critical infrastructure and mobility projects across Orange County. This entry level role plays a key part in securing, managing, and distributing federal, state, and local funds while ensuring compliance with program requirements and maximizing funding opportunities. Assignments may include Discretionary Funding Programs, Formula Funding Programs, or Measure M (OCGo) Local Programs, each supporting regional transportation priorities through funding strategy, programming, and administration.
