The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently. This position plays a key role in supporting the Department's operations through documentation, data management, and collaborative team work.
Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital records and database.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Work independently on assigned tasks and contribute effectively in team environments.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, to support reporting and administrative tasks.
Research and interpret various county records/policies.•
Current vacancies exist in the Code Enforcement Division at the Hesperia and San Bernardino offices. Be sure to indicate your location preference in the Supplemental Question.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong research skillsFamiliarity with Land Use terminology
