What You'll Do:
+ Develop and implement comprehensive plans and strategies for projects, including land use, transportation, and community development + Conduct research and data analysis to inform planning decisions and recommendations + Prepare and present reports, proposals, and plans to internal teams, government agencies, and community stakeholders + Review and evaluate development proposals for compliance with zoning regulations, land use policies, and environmental standards + Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, and external partners to coordinate planning activities + Facilitate public consultations and engage with community members to gather input and feedback + Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives
What You'll Bring:
+ Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Environmental Studies, or related field + Internship or 0-2 years of planning, municipal, or consulting experience + Basic knowledge of zoning, land-use planning, and municipal processes + Familiarity with GIS and mapping tools preferred + Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
  • Salary Range:
  • $68,000.00 - $72,000.00
