Job Description:
Court Planner I State of Connecticut Judicial Branch Wethersfield The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch is seeking a Court Planner who, under the direction of an employee of a higher grade, will assist with duties of the Judicial Branch Employee Education and Development Unit including but not limited to curriculum development, delivery, evaluation, and training administration functions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using a variety of educational software and development tools. Duties may include curriculum development and delivery of employee education including professional and technical topics. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office software.Salary Range:
$86,553 - $113,461/year - plus State of Connecticut benefits. New employees begin at the minimum. The starting salary for existing state employees may be higher than the minimum, in accordance with existing Judicial Branch policy. General Experience:
Five (5) years of experience in governmental or regional planning, research and policy analysis, methods and procedures analysis, organizational analysis, or a related field.Substitutions Allowed:
1) College training may be substituted for the General Experience on the basis of fifteen semester hours equaling one-half (1/2) year of experience to a maximum of four (4) years for a Bachelor's degree. 2) A Master's degree in a related field may be substituted for the General Experience.
