Qualifications:
ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1.
Plans, organizes, prioritizes, and schedules own work activities to complete assignments in timely and effective manner 2. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner 3. Interprets national, IC, DoD, Agency, and command strategies and policies and applies them to the development of intelligence plans, operations, and exercise support. 4. Applies understanding of joint doctrine principles, instructions, and manuals to develop intelligence plans and operations. 5. Drafts planning focused informational and decision briefings for the Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, and command leadership review.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1.
Completion Intelligence Planning Course 1 (IPC1), Intelligence Planning Course 2 (IPC2), Joint Intelligence Planner Level -1 (JIP-1) Certification, and/or Joint and Combined Warfighting School (JCWS/JPME-2) 2. Experience supporting the development of USG or DOW plans or exercises 3. Experience working and supporting Intel Plans, Readiness, or Exercises at a CCMD J25, the Joint Chiefs of Staff J25, or CSA.
