Transportation & Construction Infrastructure & Permitting Support Program Location:
Washington, DC Position Type:
Long-Term Government Contract A DC Government Agency is seeking experienced Program Analysts to support a major multi-year lead service line replacement initiative throughout the District. This role supports program operations, budget tracking, reporting, and performance analysis associated with construction permitting and public infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex transportation or government-related programs. Key Responsibilities Track budgets, expenditures, and program costs related to the lead line replacement initiative. Analyze operational data to evaluate program efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare monthly reports, findings, recommendations, and executive briefings for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor project performance metrics and identify trends, risks, or operational concerns. Support program oversight activities and maintain accurate records and documentation. Communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations. Coordinate with project teams and agency leadership regarding program updates and operational matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in any of the following: Business Administration Public Administration Minimum of five (5) years of experience as: A Program Analyst; or A Project Manager overseeing transportation-related projects Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data tracking/reporting systems Experience supporting government programs or infrastructure initiatives preferred What We Offer Long-term contract opportunity with career stability Opportunity to support impactful public infrastructure improvements Professional, collaborative government environment Meaningful work supporting public health and transportation initiatives
