capabilities into joint operational planning efforts Support development of plans, CONOPS, OPORDs, and supporting IO annexes Coordinate across interagency, coalition, and DoD stakeholders to align messaging and influence efforts Provide subject matter expertise on information environment, influence operations, and target audience analysis Synchronize PSYOP activities with other Information Related Capabilities (IRCs) including EW, MILDEC, OPSEC, and cyber Assist in development of Measures of Performance (MOP) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) Contribute to targeting processes and effects assessment cycles Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) 5-10+ years supporting IO, PSYOP, or MISO missions Experience supporting CCMD-level or Joint Staff planning environments Strong working knowledge of:

JOPP / MDMP
