FG/GS-11.

Specialized experience at the FV-H level is: Experience in evaluating studies and projects. To qualify for this position at the FV-I level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to theFG/GS-12.

Specialized experience at the FV-I level is: Experience developing or reviewing master plans studies and airport layout plans (ALPs). Experience providing advisory and technical guidance to the public on airport planning, airspace, programming, airport design standards, contract administration, and in general, on all aspects of airport project implementation.
