Planning and Zoning Administrator - Breezy Point

The City of Breezy Point is seeking a motivated planning and zoning professional to help shape our community's future. In this role, you'll develop and implement land use plans, regulations, and policies; conduct development and project reviews; and ensure effective enforcement of City ordinances. Working with limited supervision, this position is responsible for performing technical work that requires initiative and a strong understanding of planning and zoning functions, along with general knowledge of overall City operations. This position also provides excellent customer service to landowners and community members regarding planning, zoning, and permit applications. They also assist in day-to-day operations at City Hall.
