Elm Creek, NE Direct Hire Job Description Responsible for efficiently coordinating and scheduling freight shipments to ensure timely deliveries and maximize asset utilization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain effective transportation plans Optimize truck and trailer utilization Collaborate with drivers and operations staff to ensure execution on plans Provide timely reporting and analysis to support business decision making

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in load planning or transportation Strong understanding of routing, scheduling, and asset management Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborate environment
