Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Land Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee land-related documentation, coordinate title processing, and support land management activities to ensure compliance and accuracy. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth land transactions, maintain precise records, and provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external partners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our land development projects while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values integrity and efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tulsa, OK for a Land Administrator/Technician . The Land Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to land management, including lease processing, land acquisitions, and real estate documentation.
Responsibilities include:
maintaining and organizing land records, processing incoming division orders, address changes, and providing support for associated owner relations royalty questions. The role requires a high level of detail and accuracy. Duties Review and interpret various land documents including leases, assignments, title opinions, and ownership reports. Record and/or modify division orders, support royalty owners, and own the day-to-day administration of land-based records. Summarize oil and gas lease provisions and assist with compliance. Provide project support to Land professionals and collaborate with internal teams. Requirements Proficiency in Land Administration and Administrative Assistance Experience in handling land and lease agreements, and knowledge of associated processes Familiarity with oil and gas lease agreements, division orders, as well as land titles and records Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with different stakeholders Proficiency with MS Office and Quorum software and tools for document management and data entry A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus Ten years of experience in the energy or oil and gas industry is preferred Join us as a Land Administrator and play a key role in supporting our land management initiatives! Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
