Coordinates with the Housing Planner to research affordable housing regulations that can be incorporated into municipal ordinances. Coordinates with the Subdivision and Land Development Planner with a plan review and site visit. Coordinates with the Community Planner with the regional future land use map update for Nittany and Penns Valley Regions. Coordinates with the Transportation Planner to support the function of the Centre County's Metropolitan Planning Organization's Unified Program Work Plan. Coordinates with the Agricultural Land Preservation Coordinator to develop marketing materials for the County's Preserved Agricultural Conservation Easement program. Coordinates with the Assistant Director on economic development tools and efforts including the underutilized site inventory and industrial development authority efforts. Coordinates with the Director on comprehensive planning requirements such as zoning ordinance and map amendment reviews, letters of consistency, and other Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code provisions. Performs other job-related duties as required. Additional Details
