Wedding Planner

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Wedding Planner to guide couples through every step of their wedding journey - from initial vision to the final send-off. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and venues, ensuring each event is executed flawlessly and reflects the couple's unique story. Responsibilities Conduct initial consultations to understand client vision, budget, and priorities Develop and manage detailed event timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts Source, negotiate with, and coordinate vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, officiants, etc.) Conduct venue walkthroughs and manage site logistics Oversee day-of coordination, including setup, ceremony, and reception Manage unexpected issues with professionalism and composure Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the planning process Build and maintain a reliable vendor network Qualifications 5 years of experience in event planning or wedding coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work evenings and weekends as events require Proficiency with planning tools (e.g., HoneyBook, Aisle Planner, or similar) [
