General Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and design of residential lot layouts Conduct site visits and gather field data for project development Support project managers in coordinating with contractors, surveyors, and local authorities Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation, including plans, permits, and reports Conduct market research and analyze data on local real estate trends and housing demand Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for potential clients and stakeholders Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining project files Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new project ideas Support the development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets Assist in ensuring compliance with local regulations and zoning requirements
Qualifications:
Have or are pursuing a college degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Real Estate or a related field Strong interest in residential development and land use planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MircroSoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
