Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, or Civil Engineering 3+ years of professional experience in site planning, urban design, or landscape architecture Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Lumion Strong graphic and rendering skills Experience on large-scale projects Experience on industrial campuses (semiconductor, battery, solar, or corporate) Familiarity with ArcGIS, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Understanding of stormwater management, sustainable design, or LID principles Experience with early-phase planning on large corporate or civic projects
