Social Services Director

Integrity Healthcare of Marion is seeking a Social Services Director for our Marion, Illinois Skilled Nursing Facility to assist in providing exceptional services and programming for our residents.

Responsibilities include:

program development and maintenance, medically related social services, compliance with regulatory requirements, and complete oversight of the social service and psychosocial needs of our residents. Requirements A minimum of a 2 years experience in a social services field desired, An associate or bachelor degree and experience working with the aged population are preferred but not required. High School diploma or equivalent required Excellent communication skills required Pay is commensurate upon experience and education. #IND1
