Social Services Director

Summary As the Social Services Director, you will develop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment of patients presenting with moderate to severe mental, emotional, or social problems. Be the lead admission and referral coordinator for the facility while providing timely follow-up. Provide timely documentation, according to current policy and procedure, via the electronic medical record consistent with the services delivered (i.e. evaluation, assessment, or therapy session). Your role will involve resident management and ensuring compliance with State and Federal Regulation. With a focus on behavioral health and relationship management, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for Residents and staff in our facility. You will directly report to the Administrator.
