JOB DESCRIPTION

Counselor Qualification:

Current Alabama Teacher's Certification, Bachelor's Degree or higher, with an endorsement in school guidance and counseling Minimum of two years' classroom teaching experience Ability to assess and utilize student data

Essential Duties:

School counselors provide students with guidance and support in dealing with an array of issues such as personal, academic, parental, or social pressures.
