Approximately 300-350 Students Position Overview Colorado River BOCES is seeking a full-time School Counselor to support middle and high school students for the 2026-2027 school year. This role involves providing comprehensive academic, social-emotional, and college/career guidance services to a large student caseload. Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling services to middle and high school students Support academic planning, graduation tracking, and post-secondary readiness Address social-emotional needs and provide crisis intervention support as needed Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Assist with intervention planning and student support systems Maintain accurate documentation and student records

Caseload:
