Job Description

Category Schools - Counselor - Telehealth Job Type All Job Types A position is available for a Counselor specializing in telehealth and teletherapy services, supporting high school students remotely. This role focuses on providing counseling to a small group of approximately 9 students, ensuring personalized and effective care through virtual sessions. The commitment requires delivering around 600 minutes of counseling per month.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting teletherapy sessions with high school students. Assessing student needs and providing appropriate guidance and support. Collaborating with educational staff to promote student well-being. Maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions and progress. Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and telehealth regulations.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
Proven experience in school counseling and teletherapy. Strong communication skills tailored to adolescent needs. Ability to manage time effectively to meet required counseling minutes. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology. Knowledge of high school student developmental challenges.
