Role:
Support students' social-emotional, behavioral, and academic success through direct counseling services, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and participation in the special education process. This role combines student-centered counseling with consultation, progress monitoring, and documentation responsibilities in a supportive, mission-driven school environment.

What You'll Do:
Provide direct counseling services to students identified as needing support Support students with social-emotional learning, coping skills, behavioral regulation, and school success Consult and collaborate with school teams, teachers, families, and related service providers to support student needs Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings Write measurable, data-driven counseling goals aligned with student needs Progress monitor student outcomes and maintain accurate service documentation Complete professional progress reports and required compliance paperwork in a timely manner Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards Complete non-direct services, documentation, and paperwork remotely from home
What We're Looking For:
Must Have:
Valid and current School Counselor Certification required Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Passion for student wellness, social-emotional development, and inclusive education
Preferred:
Previous school-based counseling experience preferred Experience supporting students with behavioral, emotional, or academic needs Familiarity with IEP processes and educational documentation Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
