SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervises assigned students and maintains a positive afterschool care environment. Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and community members.
SUPERVISED BY
School Principal/Afterschool Program Director
ESSENTIAL JOB ELEMENTS
Promote and maintain student behavior expectations conducive to a safe community.
Support students with homework as needed.
Establish and demonstrate positive relations with students, parents, other staff members, and the community.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and security of all student information.
Comply with School policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Students, parents, support staff, principal, teachers and community members.
SUPPORT:
Collaborative professional development through teaming with other teachers.
A school culture that promotes professional growth, collaboration among teachers and student learning.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Active Colorado substitute license preferred.
Certifications as required by Afterschool Program regulations (paid for by ECCA)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
