Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a significant impact on students' lives by leveraging your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis! We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract engagement serving K-12 students in a dynamic school-based setting. This hands-on role will run from ASAP through June 2027, with 35 hours per week during the school year and opportunities to extend through the Extended School Year (ESY) program.
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Minimum of one year of experience working in school settings Strong background supporting diverse K-12 student populations Excellent collaboration and communication skills Demonstrated ability to deliver direct services and provide consultation to educators and families Flexibility and enthusiasm for working hands-on with students and school teams
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students across K-12 grades Collaborate closely with educators, related service professionals, and families Monitor student progress and adapt intervention strategies as needed Train and coach school staff in the implementation of behavior strategies and best practices Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Support students during the Extended School Year following the conclusion of the regular academic term This contract opportunity offers a chance to work with a vibrant school community, utilizing your skill set to promote positive outcomes for students.
