https://www.drugabusetreatment.org/employment-application/ Position Overview Provide evidence-based counseling (A-CRA, MI, CBT) to students at risk or diagnosed with substance use disorders. This role reports to the Licensed Director of School-Based Programs and follows the School District calendar. Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments Develop strengths-based treatment plans Provide individual and family therapy Respond to crises using verbal de-escalation Link families to community resources Participate in school-based meetings Qualifications Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Experience working with youth preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based systems Valid Florida Driver's License & reliable transportation Must pass Level II, School District background screenings & urinalysis Bilingual a plus Enjoy a school schedule with holidays, Winter Break, Spring Break, and summer time off — ask how you can be paid over 12 months!
