The ideal candidate is empathetic, collaborative, and committed to helping students thrive in a nurturing Islamic learning environment. Responsibilities Provide individualized and group counseling to support students' emotional and social needs Collaborate closely with teachers to develop and implement targeted behavior and academic interventions Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, concerns, and support plans Work in close partnership with the school principal and teaching staff to foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school climate Assist with crisis intervention and provide guidance for students dealing with personal or academic challenges Maintain appropriate documentation in compliance with professional standards and school policies Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Valid counseling or social work credential/license Prior experience working in a school setting preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
