Salary:
38,000 to 48,000 Position Details The Student Behavior Liaison serves as a Tier 2 support and student case manager for students in grades Pre-K-12 who are identified through data indicators such as chronic absenteeism, behavioral challenges, poor academic performance, and/or social-emotional needs. The Student Behavior Liaison works collaboratively with school staff, families, and community partners to identify and reduce barriers to student success, increase student engagement, and support positive academic, behavioral, and social-emotional outcomes. This role is embedded within the district's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Interconnected Systems Framework (ISF). It focuses on providing targeted, data-informed interventions, including support for social-emotional skill development, self-regulation, coping strategies, and school connectedness. This position emphasizes relationship-building, accountability, and skill development to support students in developing the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional competencies they need for long-term success in school and beyond.
