Union Grove Elementary School We are seeking a caring, student-centered Elementary School Guidance Counselor to support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of our students. The ideal candidate will build positive relationships with students, staff, and families while providing counseling services, classroom guidance, crisis support, and collaboration with school teams to help every child succeed. This position requires strong communication skills, compassion, professionalism, and flexibility to meet the changing needs of K-5 students and the school environment. Candidates should be able to adapt to daily challenges, manage multiple responsibilities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced elementary setting. Experience supporting diverse student needs and fostering a positive school climate is preferred.
