Description:
The Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District, an award winning, Central Monmouth, K-8 school district with a tradition of excellence in education, is seeking a Replacement Substitute School Counselor position for Manalapan-Englishtown Middle School with the following qualifications:
Qualifications :
Must hold proper NJ certification 2702 School Counselor, or 2701 Student Personnel Services or 3200 School Social Worker, or 3100 School Psychologist (with non-CST duties) Enrolled in or willing to enroll in a program or possess a CE, CEAS, or Standard New Jersey Certificate – 3461 Student Assistance Coordinator (SAC) Ability to communicate effectively with children, staff & community Middle School experience preferred Experience with developing behavioral intervention plans following a multi-tiered system of supports Provide individual and group counseling Experience conducting harassment, intimidation, and bullying investigations Knowledge on creating, implementing, and maintaining 504's Experience with Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB) investigations
