Foundry 8:1:3 is a 12-month educational program designed for students who require highly individualized academic instruction, explicit social communication teaching, and systematic support to build independence and prepare for less restrictive environments. Grounded in the science and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), our educational model integrates daily data collection, individualized instruction, fluency-based teaching, small-group learning, and multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure students make meaningful progress across academic, social, and functional domains. This program is intended for students who may appear capable on the surface, yet continue to experience challenges with academic fluency, foundational skill gaps, classroom participation, executive functioning, self-management, confidence, functional social communication, and peer engagement. These are often students whose needs are less outwardly visible and who may be unintentionally overlooked or left behind in traditional special education settings, despite widening academic and social gaps. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and proactive School Counselor to support students' social-emotional development, behavioral regulation, and mental health needs. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a highly collaborative, structured environment and is passionate about working with neurodiverse learners.
