Long-Term Substitute Required Application Type Teacher / Admin Salary/Pay Scale Per RCTA Contract Job Description Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success in the school environment. Ability to analyze data to inform work and decision-making, analyze and evaluate available data, assess student needs, and develop and implement procedures and policies to support student achievement. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of students and their families. Providing short-term, solution-focused counseling for personal challenges like stress, and peer conflicts. Assessing and assisting students during emotional crises or traumatic events. Connecting students and families with outside mental health professionals, social services, or community resources when necessary.
