Compensation Range:
$19.96 - $27.94 _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive academic advising to a dynamic and diverse body of undergraduate students in the College Center for Advising Services (CCAS); advises students on academic matters including program planning, goal setting, academic progress, policies and procedures; refers students to faculty and other offices for specialized assistance.

- Advises and assists undergraduate students in formulating their academic objectives, in selecting their academic programs and in monitoring progress toward meeting graduation requirements.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- + Bachelor's degree required + One year of advising experience and program management in higher education, or closely-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. + Demonstrated experience with and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- + Strong cross-cultural communication skills, cultural sensitivity and desire to work with students from underserved communities required.
