Job Description

We are seeking a part-time school-based guidance counselor to work with ES ages 6-9 in Reading PA for the 2026-2027 school year!
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to support students' academic, emotional, and personal growth Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to implement interventions that promote student success Assist in creating and reviewing IEPs and 504 plans for students with special needs Participate in meetings with school staff and families to offer guidance and strategies for academic or behavioral concerns Perform other related duties as needed
Qualifications:
Master's degree in School Counseling, Counseling, or related field from an accredited university Active state-level licensure and/or certification as a School Counselor OR ability to obtain Experience working in schools or with children is required Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Come join a therapist-owned organization that values your expertise and supports you throughout the school year.
