To Be Determined Job Description Rosebud-Lott ISD is seeking a compassionate, student-centered professional to serve as our Middle School/High School Counselor. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting students both academically and personally, and who values building strong, trusting relationships with students, families, and staff. The Counselor will play a vital role in guiding students through their academic journey while also supporting their social and emotional well-being. This includes assisting with course planning, college and career readiness, and providing individualized support to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will be approachable, proactive, and committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where every student feels heard, valued, and encouraged. In addition, the Counselor will collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs, promote positive behavior, and support a culture of respect and success across the campus.
