Counselor Roman Catholic Diocese of Richmond Richmond, VA Job Details Part-time | Full-time 21 hours ago Qualifications Management Mid-level School counseling services facilitation School Counseling Certification Communication skills Educational program management Full Job Description Saint Bridget Catholic School in Richmond, VA is seeking a part-time School Counselor for the 2026-27 school year. The School Counselor is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the school counseling program. The counselor will work with students in individual, small group, and classroom settings with social, emotional, academic, and/or behavioral needs. The Counselor will assist students with creating an academic path for their education and help with the high school application process. All candidates must have a degree and be certified in School Counseling PreK-12 by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Successful candidates will possess a strong commitment to Catholic education, superior communication skills both written and spoken, superior interpersonal, organizational, and managerial skills, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, flexibility, and are hardworking, collaborative team players. This is a full-time, 10-month position (Monday-Friday, 7:30-3:30, mid-August through mid-June). Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest, resume, and diocesan application.
