Elementary Guidance Counselor

Brewster-Pierce Memorial School is seeking a full-time, energetic, and caring School Guidance Counselor to support elementary-aged students' social-emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. In this role, the Guidance Counselor will provide weekly classroom guidance lessons, respond to student behavioral and social-emotional needs, and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success. The counselor will also play a key role in coordinating and managing 504 and EST (Educational Support Team) plans, ensuring that supports are responsive and student-centered. This position works with a diverse group of learners and is an integral part of a creative, dedicated school team.
