Job Description
Job Summary Selah School District is seeking a dynamic and student-centered High School Counselor (1.0 FTE) to join the team at Selah High School beginning in August 2026. We are looking for an innovative, relationship-focused professional who is passionate about supporting high school students academically, socially, and emotionally. The ideal candidate will have strong technology skills, knowledge of graduation pathways and postsecondary planning, and experience implementing trauma-informed and MTSS practices. High school counseling experience preferred. A valid Washington State ESA Counselor Certification is required.
