What You'll Do Clinical Associates at Alaska Behavioral Health (AKBH) are responsible for assisting clients in meeting overall goals as identified in their treatment plan within a multi-disciplinary team approach. Services may be conducted in office and/or in the community based off the individuals needs identified in the treatment plan, to include individual/group skill building and providing case management for coordination of care addressing areas of management of daily routine, employment, housing, transportation, resources, and medical management. The position of Clinical Associate is divided into three (3) levels of responsibility and independence depending on education and relevant experience as well as the applicant's ability to take on responsibilities. Positions may be in our Adult Outpatient or Child & Family Outpatient Clinic. Alaska Behavioral Health is a National Child Traumatic Stress Network site and training hub for childhood mental health and trauma treatment. The successful applicant has an opportunity for training in evidenced-based intervention training. Good To Know Position is based in Fairbanks, Alaska Full-Time, Non-exempt Pay Range depends on education and experience; all positions are eligible for an annual incentive Clinical Associate I requires a high school diploma or GED with one year of relevant experience. Hourly salary is between $20.00 and $26.25 with an average annual incentive of $2,444. Clinical Associate II requires a high school diploma or GED with an associate's degree preferred plus two years of relevant experience. Hourly salary is between $21.50 and $27.50 with an average annual incentive of $2,600. Clinical Associate III requires a bachelor's degree in a human services field such as social work, psychology, or a similar discipline. Hourly salary is between $23.50 and $30.00 with an average annual incentive of $5,616. Student Loan Repayment and Tuition Assistance is Available - Professional Growth is encouraged! Clinical associates participate in regular individual and group supervision and are provided with additional training opportunities as part of our professional development plan. is accrued at the rate of five (5) weeks of PTO for the first year; eight (8) weeks of PTO after the first year. PTO is used for company recognized holidays.
