Job Description

Administrative Specialist III at University of Arkansas - Fayetteville in Fayetteville, Arkansas, United States Job Description The Administrative Specialist III assists the Fiscal Support Supervisor and Project/Program Manager with projects and administrative duties. This position assists the Fiscal Support Analyst in researching and updating customer accounts on a daily basis and helps coordinate, update, and maintain all permit databases. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others(empty)
Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma At least four years of bookkeeping, basic accounting, billing, or related experience Applicable equivalencies may be considered.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma At least four years of bookkeeping, basic accounting, billing, or related experience Knowledge of record keeping procedures Knowledge of the principles and practices of mathematics and statistics Knowledge of the work-related subject area Knowledge of computers and software applications Ability to conduct research and compile data into report form Ability to establish and maintain filing systems Ability to operate standard office equipment Ability to analyze documents to determine compliance with rules, regulations, and procedures Ability to communicate both orally and in writing The University of Arkansas is an equal opportunity, affirmative action institution.
