Role:
As a Community Based Provider Counselor (CBP) at United Family Services Inc, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families in Little Rock, AR. Join our dedicated team to make a meaningful impact in the community by providing compassionate counseling and guidance.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to promote mental wellness. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs. Collaborate with community organizations to enhance service delivery. Monitor and document client progress, adjusting strategies as necessary. Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies. Facilitate workshops and educational sessions for clients and families. Requirements:
