Job Description
Job Summary The Vocational Services Territory Coordinator will be responsible for conducting client intakes, assigning providers, and assisting with updating hours and billing. The role includes supervising providers, ensuring coverage, and handling compliance duties. The coordinator will monitor service quality by checking in with clients to assess satisfaction and resolve any issues with clients, families, and providers. They will review and monitor provider reports prior to the billing due date. Additionally the coordinator will process case closures, and assist providers with billing issues. The coordinator will engage with the community and assist in finding work adjustment training sites. Supervisory Responsibilities

- Provide operational oversight, and ensure success and growth for the vocational services in the assigned territory
- Respond to referrals, conduct the initial intake, assessment and client service plan
- Develop and maintain good, effective business relationships with vocational counselors and vocational staff
- Provide sound solutions to resolve issues with clients, families, and providers
- Provide training to Providers on the documentation and reporting procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Fill in for Providers if coverage cannot be secured
- Facilitate regular check ins with providers to ensure satisfaction of service Performance, Utilization & Client Engagement
- Track and manage referrals, intakes and service utilization to ensure timely service delivery and optimal client engagement
- Maintain accurate and up to date client records, service activities, and outcomes in Salesforce and other required systems
- Proactively follow up on pending referrals, authorizations, and inactive clients to maintain consistent service utilization
- Collaborate with leadership to meet monthly and quarterly utilization and service delivery goals
- Identify and escalate barriers to service engagement or utilization, and implement solutions to improve participation
- Support outreach and engagement efforts to maintain strong relationships with referral sources, clients and community partners
- Utilize data and reporting tools to track trends, identify gaps, and improve service delivery efficiency Compliance and Quality Assurance - Keep
- Ensure monthly billing reports are accurate and meet compliance standards
- Process and complete case closures accurately and meet compliance requirements Community Engagement & Outreach
- Meet outreach initiatives to drive significant lead generation and meet or exceed growth metrics
- Collaborate with coordinators and counselors to long lasting business relationships
- Assist with Work Adjustment Training (WAT) site search and coordination Knowledge, Skills and Abilities The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job: Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of prior related work experience Skills
