Mileage Reimbursement Pay:

This role is ideal for someone dependable, compassionate, and motivated to help others thrive. What You'll Do As a Job Coach, you'll work one-on-one with participants in real-world job and community settings. No two days are the same—and every day matters. Support adults with disabilities at job sites and in the community Teach job skills, social skills, and daily independence strategies with hands-on coaching and guidance Provide safe, short-distance transportation using your personal vehicle to and from work sites Encourage independence, confidence, and growth through positive coaching and mentorship Document progress and communicate with the Clear Motivations team Be a professional, consistent, and uplifting role model in someone's journey Why You'll Love Working at Clear Motivations We know great support starts with a supported team. weekdays per week, 6 hours per shift, between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM? Do you have any scheduling restrictions/limitations we should be aware of? Our job coaches utilize their own personal vehicle for participant transportation. Do you have a reliable vehicle with a valid California driver's license, registration, and insurance? Are you confident in your ability to navigate various smartphone apps that manage timekeeping, schedules, GPS, and submitting documentation, while independent in the field? Do you currently reside in Orange County? If not, what city do you live in?
